In this role, you’ll provide end-to-end HR support across a designated portfolio of states—partnering closely with operational teams to deliver practical people solutions across the entire employee lifecycle.About YouYou'll bring sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and a proactive mindset to everything you do. About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and professional HR Officer to join our Corporate Services team, based at our Head Office. In this role, you’ll provide end-to-end HR support across a designated portfolio of states—partnering closely with operational teams to deliver practical people solutions across the entire employee lifecycle.

With proven experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, you’ll be comfortable managing employee relations matters, guiding leaders through performance management processes, and providing practical, compliant HR advice.

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, with hands-on involvement across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance support

  • Experience guiding frontline leaders through performance management processes, including drafting and implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs), and managing probation reviews

  • Demonstrated ability to respond to low-to-mid complexity ER issues, such as conduct concerns, attendance issues, and policy breaches, with a sound understanding of procedural fairness

  • Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, and Modern Awards, with confidence applying these to real-time workplace scenarios
